  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Footwear must not show signs of wear or damage. Please ensure that the items are tried on in a clean, dry environment to avoid any marks or damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards or final sale items.

3. How to Return Your Items

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email at contact@atomnovas.xyz or call 070 7910 9379 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once you receive your RA number, carefully package the items and include the RA number with your return shipment.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition:

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • The refunded amount will exclude any shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective product).
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at contact@atomnovas.xyz to initiate the exchange process. Depending on the availability of the product, we will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@atomnovas.xyz or call 070 7910 9379. We will arrange for a return and offer either a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
